From Fragmentation to Integration
I went through a long period of feeling disconnected, struggling to find my place, feeling misunderstood by others and often by myself. The collapse of a few early dreams and expectations only deepened that sense of confusion and disorientation. For a long time, I kept looking externally for direction, clarity, or a sense of belonging, until I realized that no external path would resolve it for me. Taking responsibility for my own direction became unavoidable.
Sport became one of the first things that truly grounded me. It taught me discipline, structure, and the idea that growth can be built intentionally. At 19, I decided to travel the world and follow a fascination for parrots, which slowly evolved into experiences across more than 25 countries and opened the door to research, conservation, and international collaboration. Along the way, I developed a more independent way of living, shaped by movement, exploration, and self-direction.
At the same time, I founded a band performing internationally while deepening my interest in psychology, eventually leading me to study it and develop self-leadership as an active practice. In parallel, I contributed to parrot research through publications in internationally relevant scientific journals, combining field experience with academic work.
Today, I am in the final stage of my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Over time, I started seeing life through a more integrated lens, combining psychology, holistic thinking, and a stoic mindset with a deep interest in human and system potential. I now invest my time and energy into the worlds of psychology, music, and parrots — creating, researching, performing, and building across all three areas. My experience moves across academic work, field research, creative projects, and international collaboration, forming a broad but connected foundation of understanding.
At the core, my work is driven by the awareness that life is finite and by the decision to engage with it fully. To me, growth means developing across dimensions, building a life shaped by clarity, freedom, depth, and meaningful experience.
Curiosity, discipline, and creative drive continue to shape how I move through the world. I see science, creativity, and purpose not as separate paths, but as part of the same ongoing process of growth and expression.
This extends beyond the personal. Developing our potential increases the value we can create and contribute to the world around us. I’m still on this path, building, refining, exploring, and learning — accepting both the responsibility for direction and the uncertainty that comes with it.
